Abstract

|
We have experienced one case of pulmonary sequestration. The patient was 6 year and 8 month old girl with complaints of high fever and cough.
Serial chest film showed homogenous increased density in the Rt. lower half of lung with subsegmental atelectasis.
At the same time, questionable round mass-like nodules were also seen. The diagnosis was made by aortogram, which demonstrate aberrant artery supply the Rt. lower lobe from the abdominal aorta at the level just above celiac axis.
